Areas for industry and ports

The area is to be used for activities within office, contractors, industry, warehouses, skilled trade, workshop, production and transport as well as port purposes involving dock and pier facilities, terminal functions and similar port facilities. The offshore area may be used for anchoring and mooring. Furthermore, there is industry and a store (not a dump, landfill etc.).

The area covers an area of some 10 ha

New buildings are to have a maximum height of ten metres, with the exception for detail area B1.8, where new buildings are to have a maximum height of eight metres

The area has 20,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Road access to the area is to be from Piitarsuup Aqquserna and Umiarssualiviup Aqquserna
