Buildings may be built within the building plots shown in Appendix 1. The area has a residual capacity of 30 homes depending on the final design of the building. When the above building option has been utilized, the area is considered fully developed and without residual space.

The area covers an area of ​​5540 m2.

New buildings can be built in up to 3 floors.

The area is served by Niels Egedes Vej. The side road to Niels Egedes Vej is covered by a 3 m road construction line (a conditional zone) measured from the center of the road.

Clause zones have been established around the airport in the form of obstacle-free surfaces which consist of partly a horizontal plane and a conical surface and partly of approach and departure surfaces in the runway extension. The area is located within the obstacle-free level at the airport and is covered by approach and departure surfaces. The maximum tilt elevation for buildings and structures and the elevation elevation for roads are variable and depend on the distance to the runway and a perpendicular distance from the center line. The area is located below the obstacle-free level of the airport and is covered by the horizontal surface, where buildings and other facilities may not be built above elevation 61.0 meters and roads may not be constructed above elevation 56.0 meters.
