The area is to be used for technical purposes in the shape of dump, quarry, gas store and school for smoke-helmeted firemen

The area covers an area of some 12 ha

New buildings are to have a maximum height of eight metres

The area is covered by the explosives store’s safety zone. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the safety zone provisions. Traffic in the area is to respect the safety zone around the explosives store; However, the public will continue to have access to the part of the area that is not fenced in. Regulated zones exist around the airport in the shape of obstacle limitation surfaces that consist of partly a horizontal surface and a conical surface, partly approach and take-off surfaces in continuation of the runway. The area is located under the airport’s obstacle limitation surface, and is covered by the horizontal surface, where buildings and other facilities cannot be established higher than level 61.0 metres and roads no higher than level 56.0 metres.

Within the area, buildings and facilities that are necessary to ensure waste management in the municipality may be established. Furthermore, a scrap pressing machine, waste sorting facility and incineration plant may be established. Existing sledge tracks in the northeastern part of the area are to be maintained. A few dog keeping areas may be zoned in the northern part of the area
