Industry areas

The area is to be used for activities within office, contractors, industry, warehouses, skilled trade, workshop, production and transport, as well as storage (not landfill site, dump etc.)

The area covers an area of some 4 ha

New buildings are to have a maximum height of ten metres

The area has 15,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Road access to the area is to be from H. Blicher Nielsensvej

No special provisions

The area is located under the obstacle limitation surface at the heliport (overflight area and transition surface), where the maximum rigde height of buildings and facilities varies with a positive slope away from the start and landing area.

In the area, a path connecting the heliport and the factory area to Gl. Kirkevej is to be set up via subarea D9. Unutilised areas in the area are to be public open spaces. Heavily polluting companies may set up in parts of the area, and restrictive limits are to be stipulated regarding smoke, dust, noise and odour nuisances
