    The area is to be used for centre purposes within retail, public and private service, homes, hotel, restaurants as well as public administration and institutions.

    New buildings are to have a maximum height of two storeys.

    The area is fully developed without any available space

    Road access to the area is to be from Ny Kirkevej, Poul Hansensvej, S. M. Saxtorphsvej and Margrethevej

  • Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features

    B-356 is preservation-worthy. This building can only be demolished or its appearance changed following prior permission by the municipal council. Within a distance of 20 metres, registered ancient monuments are to be kept clear of buildings and facilities, cf. section 5 in the Preservation Act. The Greenland National Museum may grant an exception from the provisions. The area is designated a preservation-worthy area (section-3 area).
