Special recreational areas

The area is to be used for leisure purposes with the posibility of doing several forms of skiing and other activities of special recreational nature.

The area is undeveloped

Buildings are to be constructed at least 15 metres apart. Buildings are to have a maximum height of 2 storeys, measuring no more than 8 metres to the ridge. Huts with a club purpose are to have a maximum area of 40 m² Tourist huts are to have a maximum area of 275 m² Buildings and facilities are to be maintained regularly to not disfigure their surroundings.

New buildings can be constructed within the building plots. The area has 300 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Access to the area will be established by snowmobile and ATV-passages from Qeqertarsuaq
