Areas for industry and ports

Industry areas

The area is to be used for activities within office, contractors, industry, warehouses, skilled trade, workshop, production and transport, as well as terminal functions and similar port facilities. The offshore area may be used for anchoring and mooring. Furthermore, the area can be used for storage (not landfill site, dump etc.). Within the area, technical supply plants can be established to supply the area. The location and design of the plants are to be determined, while respecting the neighbouring buildings and the unbuilt areas

The area covers an area of some 6 ha

Prior to constructing new buildings, a complete plan is to be prepared for the entire area, which determines the type, scope and location of buildings as well as detailed provisions for the area’s development

The area has 10,000 m² of available space, depending on the final layout of the buildings. Once the abovementioned building potential has been utilised, the area is considered fully developed without any available space in the area.

Road access to the area is to be from Margrethevej

No special provisions

The area is covered by the safety zone of the pumping-in and delivery pierhead. This part of the area cannot be developed or in any other way be used contrary to the safety zone provisions.

Port areas may be fenced in for safety or operational reasons
