  • Use

    The use of the area is determined for technical purposes in the form of dumps and quarries. Undeveloped areas that have not been laid out for other purposes may only be designed or used as common public open spaces and must be given a design that harmonises with the area's location and use.

  • Current conditions

    Sub-area E05 is delimited as shown in Appendix 1. The area comprises an area of ​​approx. 5.1 ha. The sub-area E05 contains the retail areas: A of approx. 1.5 ha. B of approx. 3.0 ha.

  • Building provisions

    Within the sub-area's two laid out retail areas, smaller buildings may be erected for manpower and administration purposes. These functions can also be arranged in containers / shed wagons, as well as containers for collecting waste. Furthermore, it is possible to establish larger buildings for waste management. Buildings may be built on a maximum of 1 floor with a pitched height of a maximum of 10 meters above existing terrain. However, plants and machines for crushing and sorting, etc. given a height of 20 meters.

    Blasting work must be carried out in accordance with the Home Rule Executive Order no. 16 of 16 July 2007 on explosive substances. There is particularly polluting activity in the area. When constructing a particularly polluted company, an environmental approval must be applied for in accordance with the Home Rule Executive Order no. 11 of 20 August 2004 on environmental approval of particularly polluting companies, etc. There may be expansions of particularly polluting activities in the area. When allocating space, it must be ensured that the necessary measures are taken to prevent the environmental impact of the surroundings. In connection with handling and disposal of waste oil, chemicals and poisons, general legislation must be followed.
