  • Use

    The use of the area is determined for:
    - Center purpose, which includes shops, liberal arts, clinics, public and private services, public administration, hotel, café, restaurant etc., as well as common purposes in the form of schools, institutions, cultural and sports facilities and similar public purposes.
    - Mixed forms of housing in the form of low-rise housing and multi-storey housing developments.
    New buildings can be built with naturally associated functions such as roads, paths, parking etc. technical facilities.
    Undeveloped areas that have not been laid out for another purpose may only be arranged or used as shared public open spaces and must be given a design that harmonizes with the area's location and use.

  • Current conditions

    Subarea C03 is defined as shown in Appendix 1. The area includes an area of approx. 4.3 ha.
    Subarea C03 contains the retail areas:
    1000-C03.1 of approx. 1.77 ha
    1000-C03.2 of approx. 2.54 ha

  • Building provisions

    New buildings may only be built within the designated construction areas, as indicated on Appendix 1.
    New buildings may be built in building blocks 1-4 and 17-21 in up to 2 storeys with a maximum ridge height of 10.0 meters above the existing terrain.
    New buildings may be built in building blocks 5-12 and 14-16 in up to 3 storeys with a maximum ridge height of 12.5 meters above the existing terrain.
    New buildings, which are fitted out for hotels and restaurants, within construction field 13, may be built up to 5 storeys at points with a ridge height of a maximum of 18 meters above existing terrain.
    Building heights are determined as a height measured from the ground to the ridge based on a set level plan for the individual building area, which is approved by the Municipality of Qeqertalik.

  • Remaining available space

    The area has a residual capacity of 140 homes and 5,000 m², depending on the final design of the building.
    When the above building option has been utilized, the area is considered to be fully developed and with no remaining space.

  • Traffic service and utilities

    Road access to the area is to be from Wille Brandtsvej and its extension.

  • Listed, protected and preservation-worthy features

    No special provisions

  • Regulated zones

    Claused zones have been defined around the airport in the form of obstacle-free surfaces, which consist of, on the one hand, a horizontal plane and a conical surface and partly of approach and departure surfaces in the extension of the runway.
    The area is located below the obstacle-free plan for the airport and is covered by the horizontal surface where buildings and other facilities may not be constructed above an elevation of 61.0 meters and roads may not be constructed above an elevation of 56.0 meters.
